Getting help

For any question, bug report, account deletion request, or feedback about Where Go Next, email us at wheregonext852@gmail.com. Telling us your device model and iOS version helps us help you faster.

Common questions

• The deck is empty or won't load. Make sure location permission is allowed in iOS Settings and you have an internet connection, then pull to refresh. The deck only shows places that are open right now.
• No nearby places appear. Try "swipe more" to widen the search radius, or move to an area with more listed spots.
• Location isn't working. Open iOS Settings → Where Go Next → Location, and allow access While Using the App.
• Delete my data. Email us from the address you'd like removed and we'll delete your account data.

• 搵唔到附近地點。試吓「刷多啲」擴闊搜尋範圍，或者去多啲地點嘅區域。
• 位置功能冇反應。開 iOS 設定 → Where Go Next → 位置， 允許「使用App時」存取。
• 刪除我嘅資料。用你想移除嘅電郵地址聯絡我們，我們會刪除你嘅帳戶資料。
